Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A., a business law firm headquartered in Concord, N.H., celebrated its 50th anniversary at a gala event held at the Capitol Center for the Arts on May 14, 2009. Joining the firm's current lawyers and staff were its sole surviving founder, Robert P. Bass, Jr., and Hilary Cleveland, the wife of the late Congressman James C. Cleveland, also a founding member of the firm. Over 150 guests attended the event, including a number of attorneys and staff formerly employed by the firm. Among the attorneys at the event who were formerly employed by Cleveland, Waters and Bass were retired New Hampshire Superior Court Justice George Manias, and retired U.S. District Court Judge Joseph DeClerico, Jr.
The firm was founded by Mr. Bass, Mr. Cleveland, and Warren Waters in 1959. The firm has grown to become one of the largest firms in the state and is located at Two Capital Plaza in Concord, N.H. The firm also has satellite offices in New London, New Hampshire and Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A. has 17 attorneys with practice groups focusing on business representation, real estate and land use law, lending, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, employment law, tax and employee benefits, trusts and estates, and personal injury law.
Pats Peak Terrain Park's new website is a homage to snowboarding's unique culture. With flash animation and a funky, hip design, it appeals to the park's target audience of 15-30 year olds.
